The short version:
We had court yesterday. It looks VERY likely that we’ll be able to adopt Peanut! We are so excited and have already started calling him a different name (I didn’t like his original name at all). We’ll know more on February 18th.
Cutie’s case is a little different and we still don’t know which way it will go.

We’re not quite ready to post his name on the blog yet. He’s not technically ours, and we want to keep him and his big brother safe. Hopefully soon, though!

That is so great for you guys. Maybe one day we could meet the boys. We haven’t seen Ellie since she was a baby. We are such slackers.
