Use these Book of Mormon Sketchnotes as you study the Come Follow Me lessons for individuals and families! The printable doodles add so much to your scripture study, family discussions and scripture journaling.
It’s time for more scripture doodles! I created these sketchnotes for use with the Come Follow Me study program from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I print them on sticker paper and cut them out. They fit really well in the margins of any of the awesome wide-margin scriptures available: Line Upon Line, both the journaling and the study edition (I’m using the study edition this year); Deseret Book , or print your own, along with many other fantastic options.
You can also leave the pages whole and use them as a coloring page to keep little ones busy while you read scriptures as a family.
I’d love to see how you’re using these printable sketchnotes! Tag me on Instagram so I can see what you’re up to!
I have again set this up again as a Pay What You Can option. I am so incredibly grateful for and humbled by your support. You have the option to donate as much or as little as you would like (even $0).
Included in the kit this month are four sketchnotes pages (one for every lesson in August) as well as a printable reading calendar. This came in so handy for us last month! I hope it was useful for you as well! I like to print my calendar half-size and glue it into my bullet journal. It makes things so easy when we sit down to study together.
All the files for the month will be delivered to your email address in a zip folder. Most likely you will not be able to open this on your phone. Please open it on a computer or other device that can open zip files and print from there.
HOW TO USE BOOK OF MORMON sKETCHNOTES:
TRACE. You can also trace these into your scriptures or journal using a light box or a sunny window. My husband made me an awesome lightbox, but this one is a great option for you to purchase.
COLORING PAGE. Use as a coloring page for your kids to work on during family scripture time. Write additional notes and insights on the pages as you go. You could add all the completed sketchnotes pages to a binder to keep as a reminder of the gospel topics you’ve discussed together.
STICKER PAPER. Print on clear sticker paper and cut apart the doodles to add to your scripture journal or into the margins of your scriptures. (This year I am usinga wide-margin study edition of the Book of Mormon from Line Upon Line. Our family is using their Journaling Edition for our study together as well. But there are so many wide-margin options available! Deseret Book has several great options and you can print this free PDF and have it bound at a local copy shop.)
Printing on clear sticker paper allows you to add color to the doodles using colored pencils, but still be able to see the words beneath them. I have tried out a few different kinds of colored pencils on this sticker paper. Ergosoft pencils and Prismacolor pencils work really well.
