Use these Book of Mormon Sketchnotes as you study the Come Follow Me lessons for individuals and families for October 2020! The printable doodles add so much to your scripture study, family discussions and scripture journaling.
Quick Question: Do you use the study plan calendar with your families? I am making plans for next year and would love to know what is helpful to you and what is not. Please leave a comment below and let me know if you use the calendar or not. Or you could email me directly!
On to the Sketchnotes!

I have set this up again as a Pay What You Can option. I am so incredibly grateful for and humbled by your support. You have the option to donate as much or as little as you would like (even $0).
Included in the kit this month are three sketchnotes pages (one for every lesson in October) as well as a printable reading calendar based on the suggested reading for families in the Come Follow Me curriculum.
All the files for the month will be delivered to your email address in a zip folder. Most likely you will not be able to open this on your phone. Please open it on a computer or other device that can open zip files and print from there.

HOW TO USE BOOK OF MORMON sKETCHNOTES:
TRACE. You can also trace these into your scriptures or journal using a light box or a sunny window. My husband made me an awesome lightbox, but this one is a great option for you to purchase.
COLORING PAGE. Use as a coloring page for your kids to work on during family scripture time. Write additional notes and insights on the pages as you go. You could add all the completed sketchnotes pages to a binder to keep as a reminder of the gospel topics you’ve discussed together.
STICKER PAPER. Print on clear sticker paper and cut apart the doodles to add to your scripture journal or into the margins of your scriptures. (This year I am usinga wide-margin study edition of the Book of Mormon from Line Upon Line. Our family is using their Journaling Edition for our study together as well. But there are so many wide-margin options available! Deseret Book has several great options and you can print this free PDF and have it bound at a local copy shop.)
Printing on clear sticker paper allows you to add color to the doodles using colored pencils, but still be able to see the words beneath them. I have tried out a few different kinds of colored pencils on this sticker paper. Ergosoft pencils and Prismacolor pencils work really well.

We just started using these sketch notes in our scripture study and it has made it so much better! My boys, 2, 5, and 8 are enjoying them and the calendar makes it easier for me to keep on track. We hope you continue to make the calendar and are looking forward to Novembers sketch notes! Thank you!
We love the family study calendar! I print it out at the beginning of the month and put it in a frame that we keep on our piano in our family room. My kids often check it before we do our Come Follow Me scripture study.
Thank you for adding a link for Mormon 1-6!!
