“Ye are the Light of the World” Matthew 5:14

Mormon.org has put together another beautiful Light The World challenge for the approaching Christmas season. You’ll be able to see more here when it launches November 24th. Basically, each day for the 25 days leading up to Christmas, they have selected a scripture to read and then act upon to help us draw closer to Christ.

You can either cut these out and use washi tape or glue to adhere them in your scripture journal, or even right into your scriptures.  If you tape just one side you can flip the card out to add journaling on the back as well. Or you can even trace them into your scriptures directly, which as a beautiful effect.

We’re entering a time of year that can be very stressful or incredibly meaningful.  I am working to make the holidays more meaningful for our family by centering them on Christ; I hope you’ll do the same and that studying these scriptures will help.
