Names of Christ Advent Devotional
Friends, this has been such a labor of love and I’m so excited to finally share it with you!
Announcing the Names of Christ Advent Devotional! This devotional includes 24 hand drawn ornaments, and corresponding hand-lettered Names of Christ. Each day of advent, you’ll read a short excerpt of scriptures taken directly from the KJV Bible. Each short story highlights a different name of Jesus Christ. I’ve also included discussion questions for each day to help you really dive deep and understand the meaning of each of the names.
While you discuss the meaning of each name, you can color the ornaments.(We’ve found that keeping our kids’ hands busy while we read aloud helps them listen and absorb the information so much better than they would otherwise. I use this trick constantly throughout our homeschool day.)
Then glue the corresponding name to the back of the day’s ornament and display them as a daily reminder of the miracle of Christ’s birth that we celebrate during this season.

Also included are instructions for making the drawings into ornaments to hang on your Christmas tree (you could also paste these into your scripture journal or scriptures) as well as a journal page to record your thoughts after studying all the names of Christ.
