Hand lettered names of people mentioned in the Book of Mormon, overlayed on beautiful watercolor swatches. Doing a Character Study is a great way to learn more about scripture stories and the people mentioned in them. Each story in the Book of Mormon contains deeper meanings for us to uncover, and analyzing the characters is a fantastic way to apply the things you learn in your studies.
Print these names and paste them into your scripture journal (or print them on clear sticker paper). Use them as a center of a mind-map, or the heading for a list of character traits.
This kit includes five pages to print: four full of names of Christ and one with extra watercolor swatches for you to fill in as you come across other people you want to study more in depth.
Some questions to ask yourself when you do a character study:
What can I learn from this person?
What Characteristics does this person have?
In what ways to do I want to be like (or different from) this person?
How did this person grow/change throughout their story?
How does this person’s story help me draw closer to Christ?
I can’t wait to see how you use them! Take a photo and tag me on Instagram!
