This month’s A Lively Hope Stitching Club free pattern is called “Happy Camper”.

It’s a fun one to stitch and comes together pretty easily, with just two colors of thread.  I used a darker linen to stitch on, and love how rustic and outdoorsy-looking it turned out.

There are a ton of great videos online for explaining how to do these stitches, so I don’t go into detail on how to do them. If you need some instruction, Mary Corbet has an excellent series teaching many of the commonly used embroidery stitches.
